I am appauled with Zoom. I phoned (as suggested), to be told yes will be open, I took my family who travelled from Bedford, parked 2 cars costing £2.40 each (as we were expecting to eat there), to be told that Zoom was closing. Closing because there was nobody in there! I said that we would like to go in, but not good enough, he was closing. What kind of place has a right to say on the door that it is open daily and suddenly close. If you went to Marks & Spencer, do you think they would say they are closing because they have nobody in there? The children were obviously dissapointed but having read the latest report that juice is expensive I have to say that I am glad we have not had the pleasure and I wish the horrid man who decided to close on that day a big dissapointment at some stage.
I will do all I can to stop anyone going to Zoom, this just shouldn't be aloud to happen to dissapoint 5 & 6 year olds is cruel!!![:'(]
What a terrible way to treat customers! I'd have been pretty hacked off at the wasted trip too.
As you say, the other reviewer wan't impressed either, so the folk at Zoom aren't exactly covering themselves in glory.
Thanks for letting us know and hope you have some better outings in what remains of the holidays.
Moley.
