Our friends at Drayton Manor Theme Park near Tamworth in Staffordshire have kindly provided us with two family tickets, normally worth £70 each, to give away in our latest competition.
Drayton Manor Theme Park is not to be missed this summer, with a host of events taking place, from live shows to concerts in the park. Thrill seekers will be spoilt for choice with rides such as Stormforce 10, Maelstrom, Shockwave, G-Force and Apocalypse – the world’s first stand-up tower drop.
2008 is the park’s 59th consecutive year of entertaining visitors of all ages and it’s sure to be its biggest yet following the grand unveiling of its latest attraction – Europe’s first Thomas Land, based on the ever-popular Thomas & Friends™ series.
Around 6,000sq m of the existing park has been transformed into Sodor - the magical home of Thomas the Tank and Engine with Thomas Land boasting 12 themed rides based on characters including Thomas, Harold the Helicopter and the Troublesome Trucks, as well as a large indoor play area, café and a shop where fans can choose from a massive range of Thomas merchandise.

Competition rules - the boring (but necessary) stuff:
No purchase is necessary. Competitions are open to UK residents except
employees of IdeasForTheKids.com and anyone associated with this
promotion. Only one entry per person. The closing date for entries is Midday on Wednesday 3rd September 2008 and winners will be announced the same day.
The winners will be selected at random from all correct, valid entries
received by the closing date. The judges decision is final. The names of the winners will be posted to this site
shortly after the draw is made.
The family tickets to Drayton Manor Theme Park are valid until 2nd November 2008, excluding Bank Holiday Sundays and Mondays. A family ticket is for two adults and 2 children (aged 4-11). The ticket must be presented at the ticket booth prior to entry into the park. No cash refund or alternative is available. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
