Robbie Coltrane, probably best known for starring in the Harry Potter movies and the hit TV detective series Cracker, has had his picture used in a "Wanted" poster in New Zealand by police loking to track down a young burglar who apparently looks like Robbie. 

As the suspected culprit is only 16, his identity is protected by law, so the police tried to think a little laterally and came up with this bright idea. The likeness can't be that striking as the poster says:

"Robbie Coltrane is not the burglar, but imagine him aged 16 with lank, greasy hair and you have the picture"

It warns that the burglar lives locally and travels by bicycle to commit his crimes, adding: "He will break windows to gain entry and ransack property, targeting electronic items, cash and jewellery." In marked contrast, Mr Coltrane is 58 years old, lives in Stirlingshire, and would struggle to fit through the average patio door, let alone window...
