Atherstone pool to reopen on 14Dec2009 Good news! The repairs and renovation work currently under way at the Atherstone pool and leisure complex are running ahead of schedule. Originally planned to reopen on 4th January 2010, the pool is now scheduled to open to the public again on 14th December.

The small leisure pool at the Ken Marriott Leisure Centre in Rugby is still closed, but it now has water in it again and signs are up saying that it should reopen early this week once it gets back up to temperature. Main pool is still open as normal. Given the cold snap just now, best call them first...

Please note that the main pool at the Ken Marriott is still closed for repairs to the ceiling.It is hoped that it will reopen on Monday 10th November. The kids pool and other facilities at the Ken Marriott remain open as usual.

Come and have some fun in the pool every Saturday with the Polar Inflatable which is a giant 20m floating inflatable. The Polar Inflatable is up from 3.15pm to 5pm and all children must be over 1.2m.
